Conditions
All prices are per apartment and not per person. The price includes all linen, towels and bills. Maids are not provided during your stay but can be organised at a charge of €12 per hour.
There is a minimum three night stay in all the apartments. Paris costs £85 per night and Seville £100 per night, plus £35 final cleaning charge applicable to both properties.
Important
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to secure your booking and the balance is to be received by us no later than four weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation, after payment of full rent, guests remain responsible for the full rent. You are strongly advised to arrange holiday cancellation insurance.
