Our air conditioned Sevillian property is 1100ft (100m2). On the second floor of a typical house, in a traditional Sevillian narrow street, designed to keep the sun out, it is bang in the centre of the Central district. Traffic is banned from the street so you benefit from location without the noise.

The master bedroom has a four poster bed with pocket sprung mattress.
The second bedroom: a proper single room rather than the double shoe-horned into a single.
